What to Bring to Your First Appointment:
- All Medical Documents.
- All Pay Stubs for one year prior to the accident.
- Documents from the Insurer.
- Documents from the Workers’ Compensation Commission (if applicable).
- Photographs of property damage and/or bodily injury(ies), if any exist.
